While we make reasonable efforts to keep our Services operational, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue any part of our Services, or the entire service, at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or other business reasons.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fakaba Realty. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Service Fees

Some of our Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in FCFA and are subject to change. We will provide notice of any fee changes by updating the fees on our website or by sending you an email.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, mobile money transfers, and bank transfers. Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors, and your use of such services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

Refunds

All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law. In case of service interruption or termination, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Ownership

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Fakaba Realty, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to scrape, data mine, or otherwise extract data from our Services using automated means.

User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fakaba Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services;

We may terminate or suspend your account and ban access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cameroon. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Cameroon for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our Services.
